Haven’t even arrived yet for our two-day booking to celebrate our first wedding anniversary on this property, and we are already disappointed at the customer service. We will arrive at 2:25pm and called to ask about an early check-in (mind you check in starts at 3). We were told it would cost $40 to check in early, even by 35 minutes. Not asking for champagne and chocolates and a violin at our table for dinner. But to be nickel-and-dimed over 35 minutes for our $300/night room is a disappointment. Will update.

Tough scene out here in wine country. Everything is bougie or trying to be. Decent location, sure, but $189 a night + tax for a plain Best Western room? Come on. No amenities, no flair, just beige walls and towels that feel like they’ve been through a desert war. Staff was cool, cannot lie. They are doing their best with what they have. But this hotel is basically the participation trophy of “nice” lodging. Clean? Yeah. Convenient? Sure. Worth the price? Absolutely not. We did not come here to hang in the room anyway, and it did the job, but damn… paying that much for this setup stung like a hangover from boxed rosé. I would stay again if I had to, but I would be sad the whole time.

There were ants around the toilet, which my husband saw. We were put in the back which the desk said would be the quietest part of the hotel. However, we kept hearing thumps as the walls were paper thin - I had a horrible night's sleep. :( Not a good stay for us, and would not recommend.
