Alex and Chris were exceptionally polite, attentive, friendly and easy going. Regular traveller/hotel stayer. Found this inn via the Sonesta app. Stayed one night in Sep 2026. Room was updated and spotless. Housekeeping stays busy. Small fridge in the room, microwave in the ice/coffee room by lobby. Breakfast can be delivered via the partnered restaurant next door (ask about the complementary guest discount). Lobby provides delicious, fresh morning coffee and hot water/black tea. Pool is unheated (non-issue).

Husband and I were in town for a powerlifting meet. Great location, check-in was a breeze, room was clean and comfy - just the way we like it! If we're in Healdsburg again, we will definitely be back! Good value on the daily rate in comparison to some of these other boutique hotels

Again disappointed, pool not heated and no jazzuci. This the second time we have been here. First time on the end room first floor and felt very weird when people in car on street were having ……. Next time will be paying more to stay somewhere else.
