clean comfortable bed, less than stellar service and hot tub

the room was quite clean and comfortable. I chose to stay here over other hotels in the area because the pool and the hot tub looked great. to my great misfortune the hot tub was VERY dirty. when i stepped in i literally couldn't see my feet the water was so cloudy. the bottom was gritty and sandy. and the water wasn't even hot. the staff at the front desk was less than helpful. the tap water in the room was so heavily chlorinated it was undrinkable and there was no filtered water available on site. i expected much more out of a highly rated and expensive hotel

Healdsburg Best Western Dry Creek Inn

Great place and location. Close to Wineries. Walkable to restaurant and coffee. Short drive to down town. A shuttle service would be even better! You should think about that. Front desk staff and all staff were very helpful and friendly

Great time

This is the second visit to this location and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Love the contemporary room decor. The team at the front desk were very nice and professional.Will look to book here again on our next trip to the area

Convenient but NO breakfast

We loved the convenient location but were disappointed that the BW Dry Creek Inn stopped providing breakfast. The room was large but in need of update. We had hoped to take advantage of the pool but the weather failed to cooperate. Luckily, the restaurant next door, Adele’s, saved the day for us
