Clean room, comfortable bed. ...

Clean room, comfortable bed. The hot tub was a nice bonus. No breakfast, though. When we were there, five or six wildfire firefighters would wake us up each morning around 5:30am. The best part was the room darkening shades. Absolutely no light came in the room, so we were able to fall back asleep easily.

This is the 4th ...

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here and the first time we’ve been disappointed with room problems and a lack of response from the hotel management. The AC didn’t work, and when we called the front desk we were told that maintenance would come by the room to look at it. Maintenance never came. We couldn’t open a window because the air quality was near 200, very unhealthy. We had to deal with a warm room.
