Excellent service but you get what you pay for. This place is mighty expensive but if you compare to the other options in Healdsburg, it's a great deal! Full workout room with showers. Self-service laundry and amazing pool. Great place to stay if you must stay in Healdsburg.

Wonderful experience here. Very nice reception staff, excellent room with fireplace and super comfortable bed, wonderful in-room Spa, nice to walk into wine tasting in the lobby when we arrived on a Thursday evening, delightful Courtyard. We chose to do a three-minute drive to town but a walk would have been just fine. Super convenient right off the highway and plenty of free parking. We didn't experience any of the noise others have mentioned but sure that depends on the location of your room. Ours was pretty darn perfect! I joined Best Western rewards because of an excellent BW in Santa Nella California. It is not as "fancy" as the one in Healdsburg but has a wonderful staff and Incredibly comfortable atmosphere. Booked at many more Best Westerns and kept giving it a chance because of the Loyalty program but they never met the customer service and value standard of Santa Nella so I basically stopped using my loyalty program here. Booked this Healdsburg BW out of necessity and so glad I did. It is the best BW I have stayed in( except for Santa Nella ,CA because I stay there often and really feel at home there).

Took the wife here three years ago for her 50th birthday, returned for my 60th nice grounds with tons of flowers a decent breakfast in the morning, couple of swimming pools, Spa hot tubs, the one in the main Courtyard is especially clean. But strangely enough the rooms have no microwaves but they do have a little fridge. Allow pets but at a hefty $30 a day. I like the place more than my wife:)
