Hot tub was cold ...

Hot tub was cold first nite was disappointed fixed it in the morning. Could of did a better job checking us in. Drove over 4 hours asked for an early check in and had to wait almost 2 hours. Being told there were no rooms ready but house cleaning starts at 11am. Its now 2 pm told us to go swim and should have a room ready by 3pm. Now its 3 pm we are out of the pool dressed and waiting for a room to be told 4pm. While watching other people check in A whole bus full of sports people. Finally I asked for manager and within 15 min we had a room. Been with BW for over 5 years. Stay with them Fri thru Sun every weekend. I called 3 days before I left to explain I needed a early check in because of my disability. Was told that the new staff didnt read into my notes. I explained when I got there that I called 3 days before. All in all the stay was nice. Would of been better if we were checked in and the hot tub worked that nite. Nothing more disappointing than getting ready to hot tub. Getting in the water and it not working. And having to walk back to your room wet and cold. Did I mention earlier in the day the hot tub worked.

Beautiful place to stay ...

Beautiful place to stay on our trip. My husband travels frequently and stays in hotels, and even he was impressed with the quality of this motel. And a delicious breakfast was an added bonus.
