The staff was friendly, the place was beautiful and the room awesome and clean. Unfortunately, the toilet made loud noise all night that prevented me from sleeping all night and the shower only had warm water for 5 minutes before turning cold. We ordered a movie and watched half of it before the movie froze and a maintenance guy had to come into our room after i was half naked, covered up in bed. Lame. BUT...the breakfast was great, waffles were awesome and scrambled eggs. Yum. I LOVED the hotel. Beautiful place. Bestest Best Western ever. I would stay there again but I will definitely make sure there is no toilet noise and plenty of hot water. What good is a nice hotel of aren't able to actually REST there adequately...? Overall, my stay was nice but i wish i could have slept....😢😭 no need to call the Wamulance...cry over.

Under renovation! great potential in need of updating.Hope they are able to keep prices attractive. However I am afraid they will not.

Looks great on the outside, yet the interior is very standard and even a bit dated. The pools are not freezing, and do appear clean. There is no breakfast service, and the lobby is solely accessed via a teller window.
