We had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. However they seem to have fallen apart since then (blaming it on Covid). Front desk people were poorly trained and unable to resolve a booking issue. a previously lovely breakfast buffet was nonexistent, coffee in lobby ran out.There are three pools and two hot tubs which are lovely.

the room was quite clean and comfortable. I chose to stay here over other hotels in the area because the pool and the hot tub looked great. to my great misfortune the hot tub was VERY dirty. when i stepped in i literally couldn't see my feet the water was so cloudy. the bottom was gritty and sandy. and the water wasn't even hot. the staff at the front desk was less than helpful. the tap water in the room was so heavily chlorinated it was undrinkable and there was no filtered water available on site. i expected much more out of a highly rated and expensive hotel.

Other hotels in Healdsburg are far more expensive. Dry Creek in is reasonably priced. The ameniteis are pretty basic, but it is clean and convenient. If you book in advance, be sure to keep track of prices which might go down. If you call you can rebook for the better price.
