Housekeepers are overworked

Beds are comfortable. Place is clean. Kitchen staff is less than desirable. I am gluteen and diary free, and the sign says ask for those options, that they have them in the back. One staff said it was corn chex as the option. So I went to other staff, he brought out gluteen free bread in a bag for me to grab out of, and almond milk. That was my breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was okay, my husband had waffles, thin bacon, scrambled eggs. Front desk, was polite.

Nicely updated rooms but street side location was very noisy. Requested room away from street but was still assigned a room there and could not get a different room due to hotel being booked.Also the heater unit was loud and came on to frequently during the night and day.
