Coffee machine was broken ...

Coffee machine was broken and the front desk neglected to tell me they were no longer doing breakfast but that's kind of understandable given things right now. But I would have been nice to have a coffee machine working in my room since I couldn't get any of breakfast.

This is the 4th ...

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here and the first time we’ve been disappointed with room problems and a lack of response from the hotel management. The AC didn’t work, and when we called the front desk we were told that maintenance would come by the room to look at it. Maintenance never came. We couldn’t open a window because the air quality was near 200, very unhealthy. We had to deal with a warm room.

Looks great on the ...

Looks great on the outside, yet the interior is very standard and even a bit dated. The pools are not freezing, and do appear clean. There is no breakfast service, and the lobby is solely accessed via a teller window.
