The staff was friendly, the place was beautiful and the room awesome and clean. Unfortunately, the toilet made loud noise all night that prevented me from sleeping all night and the shower only had warm water for 5 minutes before turning cold. We ordered a movie and watched half of it before the movie froze and a maintenance guy had to come into our room after i was half naked, covered up in bed. Lame. BUT...the breakfast was great, waffles were awesome and scrambled eggs. Yum. I LOVED the hotel. Beautiful place. Bestest Best Western ever. I would stay there again but I will definitely make sure there is no toilet noise and plenty of hot water. What good is a nice hotel of aren't able to actually REST there adequately...? Overall, my stay was nice but i wish i could have slept....😢😭 no need to call the Wamulance...cry over.

Excellent hotel! It's a great combination of the price point and the amenities. We enjoyed a complimentary wine tasting on arrival and especially appreciated being such a short ride from the great restaurants and shops in downtown Healdsburg.

This is NOT your average best western.... I have been to many and this is NOT a "normal" looking one. This is more like a Hyatt than a Best Western. The property and rooms both were lovely.
