Toast the 40th anniversary of Wine Road, an organization that highlights the beauty of the region's vineyards and hotels. All summer long, there will be special events and tastings happening across Northern Sonoma County. On July 23rd, Downtown Healdsburg will host a community celebration called "40 Years of Cheer" with countless fun-filled activities from children's crafts to author events. Spend the day browsing handmade crafts by local artisans, enjoying delicious food from Sonoma County vendors, and listening to live bands from across the state. And of course, there will be plenty of famous wines from the Dry Creek Valley and beyond available for tasting!
Since 1976, Wine Road Northern Sonoma County has been treating visitors to an up-close look at some of California's most spectacular wineries. From exclusive events and insider tastings, Wine Road opens the door to the region's most fabled vineyards. Featuring almost 200 wineries across the Alexander, Dry Creek, and Russian River Valleys, the organization has been a leader in showcasing the beauty and culinary delights of the region.
This family-friendly event is free (except for wine samples) and open to all ages. Just make sure to bring your ID if you plan on tasting wine. Downtown Healdsburg is just a quick ride from our wine country hotel.
