Healdsburg is known as the little town with a big heart. In honor of National Walking Day, dozens of local wineries and tasting rooms are opening their doors for a fundraiser to benefit the American Heart Association. I Heart Wine Walk Healdsburg is a fantastic opportunity to sample the famous vintages of Sonoma County and nibble on small bites, all while supporting a great cause.
This year, the 2016 event takes place on Saturday, April 9 from noon to 4 pm. More than 25 tasting rooms will be open throughout Downtown Healdsburg. Stroll from shop to shop at your own pace. You can enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants, or make it a whole day and plan a nice dinner out on the town. If you are attending the Wine Walk, you can stay at our wine country hotel just a 5-minute drive from Healdsburg Town Square where many of the tasting rooms are located. We offer luxurious rooms and suites with Tuscan style, an outdoor pool and complimentary breakfast.
Tickets cost $50 and include samples from Seasons of the Vineyard Wine Shop and 25+ tasting rooms, a souvenir wine logo glass, and a 6-bottle tote bag to help you pick up a few bottles to take home. Proceeds benefit the efforts of the American Heart Association.
