It's our first time ...

It's our first time staying here. I really liked it. The rooms are nice. I was actually surprised that there is a fridge in each room. The check in and out are very fast. The hotel is in a good location. It's about 5 min from the downtown. What I would encourage the company is to clean the pools and the hot tubs everyday.

Room was clean , ...

Room was clean , enjoyed one of the 3 hot tubs. That being said , we had a soaking tub that didn't hold water and lights that didn't turn on (notified them at check out , immediately called maintenance to look into it and offered a discount) to he strangest thing was the light turning on by it's self (even though the switch was off) and waking us up at 8 am .shortly after sounded like the maids were slamming things around next door. check out is not till 11, thought I would sleep in for once.
