Rooms were decent but very loud. Extremely loud noises from neighbors, house keeping, cars, and pipes all throughout the day and night. Air-conditioning was great and hair dryer was strong. Sink did not drain and the shower would not turn on. We mentioned it to the front desk but all they said was, "oh sorry about that." Would not come again at the price point we paid ($360 for one night booked 1.5 weeks prior to arrival) no breakfast incuded is a shame to me, at least offer a credit for the diner you share a parking lot with. The diner itself was delicious and well priced for the food and portion size

The front desk personnel were really friendly and super helpful when a crib was requested. The coffee in the lobby was top notch, hands down probably the best coffee from a hotel that we have ever stayed at. The pools yes TWO pools at the facility were really nice and clean and the property was a great value for the money. Great location by Big John's and right off the freeway. If we ever find ourselves in the Healdsburg area again we will be booking directly again with Best Western!
