Room was clean , enjoyed one of the 3 hot tubs. That being said , we had a soaking tub that didn't hold water and lights that didn't turn on (notified them at check out , immediately called maintenance to look into it and offered a discount) to he strangest thing was the light turning on by it's self (even though the switch was off) and waking us up at 8 am .shortly after sounded like the maids were slamming things around next door. check out is not till 11, thought I would sleep in for once.

Located off of Dry Creek Rd, the Dry Creek Inn is conveniently located next to the 101, a few minutes away from downtown Healdsburg and minutes away from wineries along Dry Creek Rd. It is one of the more economical options in town. The rooms were clean and comfortable but not well insulated from exterior or adjoining room noise. We constantly heard people talking outside in the hall and endured two nights of really loud families in the adjoining room, which eventually died down by midnight but then were awakened in the morning to door slams and yelling in the halls.

This place is probably going to turn out better than the experience we had. We paid for a premium room that was in a separate building towards the back of the property. I'm guessing that renovations are still in process, but somehow stalled. Our room had no heat, and the phone didn't work... So I called the front desk from my cell very late in the evening requesting an extra blanket that was promptly delivered. The room was very upscale and the bed was comfortable... But we were cold that evening. In the morning they came to service the heater, but it could not be fixed that day, so they moved us a couple of doors down to a new room with heat! It had heat, but the TV had no remote... This time the phone did work and someone promptly delivered a remote for the TV... Only the remote would not control the "down" volume... Everything else was fine. We noticed that the housekeeping laundry bins were left in the hallway all day... Like 12 hours at least... Kind of unsightly. So... This place has a great location, lovely upscale rooms, good service, and the potential to be great. Unfortunately for us, they missed the mark this trip.
