I need to let ...

I need to let you guys know Jamie at the front desk is a very nice person help me with everything she could. In the other hand Cat and July are very rude and need some training to improve customer service experience and make the guest feel welcome. The hotel is nice litle Tuscani but overpriced, enjoy breakfast the personel work hard to keep it clean and organize at all times during the free breakfast, love the coffee machine expresso, waffles and bluberrie sauce where excellent.

This best western was ...

This best western was just ok...nothing special but not horrible either. It was expensive but the location was good. Adele’s restaurant was good. The rooms we stayed in were musty and outdated
