At Dry Creek Inn, your well-being remains our highest priority. We are open and available to assist guests and those traveling to the area to provide support. Our hotel facility and our professional team are ready and equipped to provide you with a safe and healthy experience during your stay at Healdsburg, California.  

We have heightened our hotel safety and cleanliness standards through our "We Care Clean" initiative. The following measures have been implemented to give guests peace of mind and provide an environment that our guests can be confident in.  

 

Ensuring Safe Arrivals & Departures for You

To secure a safe trip, we are minimizing your contact with our team by streamlining the check-in and check-out processes. We have established strictly enforced cleaning schedules for the lobby furniture and fixtures.

 

Safety Measures:

•    Hand sanitizer stations for guests and employees throughout the property including all entrances, lobby area, and elevators.
•    Social distancing across the hotel, touch-less practices during arrival, stay and departure.
•    Express check-out through email with key drop-off at a drop box near the lobby for guests.
•    Luggage cart sanitization and disinfectant wipes for guests and staff members.

  • •Decorative items, notepads and pens, bath amenity tray, laundry bags, and binder-style guest directory to be removed for safety.
  • •Extra bedding for sofa beds and laundry bags to be provided only on request.
•For stay-overs, no housekeeping service will be provided. Upon request we will provide fresh towels and empty the trash.

•Minimum 24-hour gap before cleaning of checked out rooms.

  • •Separate laundry carts are used for clean and dirty linen/terry. Carts delivering fresh linen/terry are sanitized before delivery.

Keeping the Lobby & Public Space Experience Healthy for You

 

All public areas including the Fire pit area, Villa Piazza, public restrooms, fitness center, swimming pools and spas (when we can open them), will be sanitized on closely monitored schedules. Social distancing will be enforced in all public areas.

  • •All chairs, tables, equipment sanitized after each use, complied with federal, state, provincial and municipal requirements.
  • •Note pads/pens upon request only - pens sanitized after each use.

Maintaining the Highest Employee Safety Standards 

 

You can take comfort in knowing that our caring team recognizes the importance of their health before they interact with you. We treat each team member as family and are focused on their well-being too. Each employee is asked to take a self assessment test prior to coming to work, and sign a health sheet stating they are symptom free prior to starting their shift.

•    Sick employees are encouraged to stay home and may not return to work until fully recuperated.
•    Proper sanitation equipment (gloves, mask, cleaning materials, clean uniforms, sanitary wipes) are available throughout the facility.
•    Separate safety guidelines are maintained for the health of staff members.
