To our Dry Creek Inn Guests,

 

On June 15, 2021 the State of California and Sonoma County removed all COVID-19 Heath Restrictions and will follow the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Dry Creek Inn plans to return to normal hotel operations with some minor changes and will follow these same guidelines.  

At Dry Creek Inn, your well-being remains our highest priority. Our hotel facility and our professional team are ready and equipped to provide you with a safe and healthy experience during your stay at Healdsburg, California. Therefore, we will keep in place many of the heightened safety and cleanliness standards for the foreseeable future. 


The following safety measures will remain in place.

 

Ensuring Safe Arrivals & Departures for You

To ensure the safety of our employees and other guests. Everyone entering the hotel lobby is required under Sonoma County Health orders to wear a facial covering. There will be no exceptions to this policy.  

Our staff is fully trained to ensure adherence to all appropriate COVID-19 safety protocols.

Although most of our employees have been vaccinated. All employees will be required to wear a facial covering at all times. No matter what their vaccination status is. 


Safety Measures:

•    Hand sanitizer stations for guests and employees throughout the property including all entrances, lobby area, and elevators.
•    Express check-out through email with key drop-off at a drop box near the lobby for guests.

Guest Rooms & Amenities


The Dry Creek Inn does not provide daily breakfast service. A Breakfast Package Plan with our on site restaurant Adel's, is available online at www.bestwestern.com for those who want breakfast included in their stay.

  • •Prior to your stay, your room will be thoroughly sanitized and disinfected by housekeeping.
  •  Due to Emergency drought orders requiring us to cut water usage by 40% and the nationwide labor shortage. We are unable to provide housekeeping service, for stay-overs rooms. Upon request we will provide fresh towels, paper goods, soap, shampoo and empty the trash.
•Extra bedding for sofa beds and laundry bags to be provided only on request.

  • •Separate laundry carts are used for clean and dirty linen/terry.
Carts delivering fresh linen/terry are sanitized before delivery.

 

  • •Housekeeping carts sanitized each night/day before restocking.
  • •PTAC/HVAC filters cleaned monthly.

 

Keeping the Public Space Experience Healthy for You

 

All public areas of the hotel including the public restrooms, swimming pools and spas, will be sanitized on closely monitored schedules.

Both pools and our hot tub are now OPEN. However, the following areas remain closed as they are located in the Villa building which is currently being leased to a third party. The Krug Event Center, Villa Piazza, Fire pit area, Sauna and Stream rooms.

  • • The Fitness room has been permanently closed.

  • •All chairs, tables, equipment sanitized after each use, complied with federal, state, provincial and municipal requirements.

Maintaining the Highest Employee Safety Standards 

 

You can take comfort in knowing that our caring team recognizes the importance of their health before they interact with you. We treat each team member as family and are focused on their well-being too.
 

Safety Measures:

•    Sick employees are encouraged to stay home and may not return to work until fully recuperated.
•    Employees will still be required to wear proper sanitation equipment while servicing or entering a guest room.
     These include: gloves, a mask and a clean uniforms.     
•    Separate safety guidelines are maintained for the health of staff members.
